ARCHITECT / ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER / AutoCAD Technician/ STORE PLANNER

The commercial / retail team is always on the lookout for Architects / Architectural Designers with a minimum of 5 years’ industry experience and excellent problem-solving skills keen to both run their own projects and support other team members.

All our team members contribute actively to the development of SRP. You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative practice, working on fast moving projects primarily at planning and delivery stages.

Key Requirements: You should be a pragmatic, versatile, attentive and organised professional with a CV that highlights:

• You are an Architect / Architectural Designer / Technologist with a minimum of 5 years industry experience in the UK;
• Experience of playing an active role in live projects and coordinating the work of different disciplines;
• A comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations and compliance issues;
• Experience in at least two sectors (preferably including commercial / retail);
• First class communication skills (fluent English – written & spoken);
• The ability to visualise, illustrate and present ideas clearly;
• Good technical and practical problem-solving skills;
• Willingness to learn and take on responsibility;
• Excellent Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup skills;
• Experience in technical / delivery RIBA stages 3-6.
