Our student residential project in Birmingham ‘topped’ out in August 2018, on target for completion in August 2019. Consisting of 520 units the scheme will provide high quality student accommodation in the up and coming Gun Quarter, north of Birmingham City Centre.

Work is progressing well at our Globe Works site in Birmingham. Brick slips are now being applied to the facades of the first block, due for completion this summer. The scheme will be ready for students to move in next Summer.

This RIBA competition for British Gas and the National Grid focused on finding new uses for disused gasholders around the UK. Jan Verhagen and Priscille Rodriguez's concept revolved around the reuse of these gas storage facilities for the storage of electricity by conversion into commercial lithium ion batteries.
